Rainbow Mountain, is located at a height of 5200 meters above sea level, a fantastic experience for lovers of hiking, this experience is located in the community of Pitumarca, 2 hours from the imperial city of Cusco, on this journey you can interact with different Andean communities, on the way to Ausangate, with impressive views and lagoons, on the way you will see our beautiful camelids in their natural habitat such as the alpaca and the vicuña. and the beautiful colors of this mountain made up of different minerals that give life to these colors the main attraction called Rainbow Mountain.

Briefing with the adventure tour guide This is a day prior to the tour, a brief talk will be given to all travellers for approximately 20 to 30 minutes where each point of the adventure trip will be explained in detail, any doubts will be answered and finally the respective recommendations will be given, such as: what clothes should I bring, etc.
On the way to Cusipata for 2 hours by transport We will be picked up early in the morning to start our journey by vehicle to Cusipata, for an average of 2 hours. In this town we will have breakfast in a local family restaurant, then we will continue our trip to Phulahuasipata for another hour with the same tourist transport. You can see the route from Cuzco to Hidroeletrica Beginning of the hike and visit to the 7-colour mountain We will start the hike which lasts approximately 1 hour and a half, until we reach the highest point at the viewpoint of the mountain, above 5100 m of altitude. From this place it is possible to observe the Ausangate mountain and the Rainbow Vinicunca mountain, if the weather conditions allow it. Hiking and horseback riding to the Montaña de Colores (Coloured Mountain) Lunch in Pitumarca and return by transport to Cuzco. We will be back in Pitumarca, we will make a stop to have our lunch and after a short rest we will prepare for our return to Cusco where we will be arriving at 6:30 pm.
