They will pick us up and take us to the tourist bus, which will take us to all the stops on our tour. Our first stop will be the archaeological centre of Qoricancha where we will be with the guide for approximately 1 hour visiting the ruins and the temple of Qoricancha which has to pay S / .15.00 nuevos soles. Archaeological complex of Koricancha On the way to Sacsayhuaman (archaeological centre) for 15 min. The archaeological centre of Sacsayhuaman is located only 3 km from Cusco and is the most impressive Inca citadel. Nowadays, this place celebrates every 24th of June the festival of the sun, known as the "Inti Raymi" where we will be visiting it for an average of 1 hour. Archaeological complex of Sacsayhuaman Heading to Qenko (Archaeological Centre) for 15 min. Then from here we will continue to the archaeological centre of Qenko, which was a religious and ceremonial site for many Inca traditions. The archaeological centre of Qenko is a limestone outcrop on which intricate mythical representations have been carved, where we will be visiting for an average of 1 hour. Although the true name of this sanctuary is unknown, at the time of the conquest, the Spanish decided to name it Qenqo, labyrinth in Quechua, perhaps because of the labyrinthine underground galleries, or because of the zigzag channels carved into the rock. Archaeological complex of Qenqo On the way to Puka Pukara (archaeological centre) for 15 min. Puka Pukara, former Inca guard posts and rest stops along the main roads. Because it was on an elevated platform, it was called a fortress. However, its function is still uncertain. Nowadays it is a mandatory place to visit during the stay in the Imperial City, after our visit to Puka Pukara we will go to the last destination of our tour: Tambomachay. Archaeological complex of Pucapucara On the way to Tambomachay (archaeological centre) for 15 min. The last destination on our tour is the archaeological centre of Tambomachay. Here, the ancient Incas worshipped water and it is known as the spring of eternal youth. This archaeological centre is considered one of the sanctuaries of the first "ceque" (huge imaginary lines, which were used to organize sanctuaries and huacas in the surroundings of the Antisuyo, starting from the city of Cusco).
