Excursion to the Sacred Valley of the incas
Through a narrow road and sharp curves, at about 15 km from the Cusco north, you will find the beautiful Sacred Valley of the Incas. This place is very famous and it is home to attractive Inca and colonial towns, local communities, and artisan markets.
Here, you will find beautiful handcrafted products, the most interesting archaeological sites; such as Pisac, Urubamba, Ollantaytambo, Chincheros, the Maras salt mines, and the Moray Inca terraces. All of them offer the legacy of the incredible Inca civilization.

ITINERARIO
PRE - Departure briefing - Cusco
The briefing will be headed by our tour guide a day before the Sacred Valley Tour. This talk is given to all travelers for approximately 20 to 30 minutes. It is important to attend the briefing because, at this moment, you will learn about each moment of the trip in detail. Moreover, remember that if you have any doubts before the trip this is the perfect moment to ask. At the end, you will receive the final advice before the departure, such as what to wear during the trip, how the climate in the sites you will visit, and more!
DAY 01 - Tour of the Sacred Valley of the Incas - Cusco - Pisac - Ollantaytambo - Chinchero - Cusco
Our transport will come to pick you up from your accommodation at around 8 am, and we will meet the rest of the team and travelers. We will start our way to Pisac for about 40 min. This is the first stop inside the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Here, we will visit the monuments around the town and its handicraft market.
After that, you will have a glimpse of the route from Cusco to Hidroeletrica, heading to Urubamba In this beautiful town, we will have free time to have lunch. Remember that you can include yours with us, otherwise you can take it at one of the restaurants in the area.
After 30 more minutes by car, we will reach Ollantaytambo, also known as the last Living Inca City. Here, we will visit its incredible fortress, constructed by the Incas. This place was used to protect the empire of neighboring tribes in the lowland jungle. Our tour guide will explain its history in detail during the visit.
The last location on our Sacred Valley Tour is Chinchero. This locality is at one hour from Ollantaytambo. here, we will visit the textile market, and explore the ruins of the Royal Hacienda of Tupac Inca Yupanqui, and the colonial-era temple built above Inca foundations. At the end of our journey, we will take the bus back to Cusco, where we will arrive around 7:00 pm.
