After the visit to Piquillacta, you move on to Andahuaylillas where "the “Sistine Chapel of the Americas” is located with its impressive mural paintings from the XVII century.

The South Valley of Cusco is largely unexplored by tourists but has some wonderful places to visit. First you visit the Inca complex of Tipon an elaborate set of terraces and water channels. It is thought to have been used as a ceremonial centre to worship water. After you will visit Pikillacta This is different to the Inca site and is the only pre-Inca site in the Cusco area. This adobe complex was built by the Wari culture. Considered the first culture to make use of agricultural terraces, then you will continue to Andahuaylillas considered “Sistine Chapel of the Americas”, is Situated in a beautiful plaza, this baroque church is famous for its incredible artwork. To finally return to Cusco at 3:30 pm approximately.
